Area/s Affected: Malaga MDU
Network Type Affected: Aerial
Current Resident Impact: Residents have no connectivity
Current Network Incident Status: Technicians have localised the fault and
are evaluating the repair needed

Challenges due to Wayleaves on Metrofibre (Scheduled) Critical

Dear our Valuable Clients, 

Kindly note that there are still challenges with the wayleaves from Metro Fibre as per email below. This will probably only get resolved by end of January 2020.

"As previously indicated. The access build was completed. The problem is on the route and needs a valid wayleave to rectify.

We were expecting the wayleaves at the beginning of December, unfortunately this did not materialize and we need to wait till January to follow up on wayleaves."
