Service Pause Request
Please be advised that service can only be paused for a maximum period of 1 calendar month per calendar year considering client has paid for 11 months upfront. Account pause is only applicable to Prepaid Fibre to the home accounts. This will allow Accelerit enough time to arrange accordingly.
