How to request an upgrade if you using the Vodacom Infrastructure Print

The purpose of this article is to make sure that upgrades are processed immediately

  1. Vodacom uses an ONT called Nokia to install clients and Accelerit will then provide the client with the router to connect to the internet 
  2. The Nokia ONT has an ALC number at the back 

Clients who are connected through Vodacom infrastructure must send us the below information when requesting an upgrade/Downgrade 

  • Line Speed they would like to b upgraded too 
  • The ALC number ( at the back of the device )
