The purpose of this article is to make sure that upgrades are processed immediately
- Vodacom uses an ONT called Nokia to install clients and Accelerit will then provide the client with the router to connect to the internet
- The Nokia ONT has an ALC number at the back
Clients who are connected through Vodacom infrastructure must send us the below information when requesting an upgrade/Downgrade
- Line Speed they would like to b upgraded too
- The ALC number ( at the back of the device )
